Returns & Refunds
All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photos and details, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Conditions of Return
If a return is approved, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition—otherwise, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
